Currently an Associate Professor of Law at the University of Ottawa, Canada, Vasudev was admitted to the bar in 1987. K S Harish BA LLB Upon graduation from the University Law College, Bangalore and admission to the bar in 1997, Harish began practice with VHVK Law Partners. He mainly works in litigation with a focus on non-banking financial companies and real estate, commercial disputes, consumer protection, and family law. Harish’s niche areas include recovery actions for lenders and working on real estate projects – residential and commercial. Turnkey legal services include title scrutiny, negotiations with landowners, transaction structuring and documentation, obtaining municipal approvals, assistance with vendor contracts, and finally, sale of units to buyers.
